By using the Salamo website, Salamo Clinic, our software, or by requesting development services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or products.
Services and products
Through this site and our portfolio, Salamo offers: • Websites, SaaS platforms, QR menus, and custom software. • Salamo Clinic at clinic.salamo.ps — multi-tenant clinic management (patients, appointments, encounters, prescriptions, invoices, reports). • Licensed desktop systems such as Pharmacy POS, Salamo Farm, and Medicine Storehouse. Project scope, subscriptions, and licenses are set out in a written offer or contract when one exists.
Use of salamo.ps
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only, not to attempt to harm it or gain unauthorized access to systems or other people’s data, and not to copy content for commercial use without permission.
Salamo Clinic accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of people you invite (physicians and staff). The platform may be used only to run your clinic. Prohibited: attempting to break tenant isolation, accessing another clinic’s data, misusing patient data, or disrupting the service. Free trials or paid plans are shown on clinic.salamo.ps or in a separate agreement; Salamo may suspend accounts for breach or abuse.
Patient data responsibility and compliance
The clinic subscribed to Salamo Clinic is responsible for complying with medical and privacy laws in its jurisdiction, and for patient consent and the accuracy of data entered. Salamo provides technical controls (isolation, permissions, locked signed encounters, private attachments, audit log) but does not replace the clinic’s legal or clinical obligations.
Desktop software
Desktop products are licensed per the agreement with the customer (devices, local network, support term). Data on the customer’s machines belongs to the customer. Updates, support, and backup follow the agreed package. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or use the software outside the licensed scope without written consent.
Intellectual property
Site content, Salamo marks, UI designs, and our product code belong to Salamo or its licensors, unless a project contract expressly assigns ownership of custom work. A product license does not transfer source-code ownership unless stated in writing.
Offers, payments, and disclaimer
Site information is general. Pricing and scope are confirmed in writing. The site and services are provided “as is” within reason; we do not guarantee uninterrupted internet or third-party systems. To the extent allowed by law, Salamo is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits from use of the site or products, unless a written contract says otherwise.
Governing law and changes
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to Salamo’s place of business, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
